We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your Shady Folks online purchase, simply follow the steps below.
Products must be in the condition you received them. We will not accept merchandise that’s been worn, altered, or washed.
Products must have the original tags.
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Unfortunately exchanges are not currently available unless the product is misprinted. If this is the case, a new item will be shipped for no additional charge.
