Returns Request & Policy

We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your Shady Folks online purchase, simply follow the steps below.

  • Products must be in the condition you received them. We will not accept merchandise that’s been worn, altered, or washed.

  • Products must have the original tags.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. 

  • Unfortunately exchanges are not currently available unless the product is misprinted. If this is the case, a new item will be shipped for no additional charge.
